Skiing In Afghanistan – Reading Task
Task Description: Today I have completed one of my reading tasks from week 6 because this whole week we are doing FIOP. This book was about a man who is a vlogger and one day he asks his friends if he wants to go skiing and then his friend says “no because inset Skiing in Afghanistan is dangerous”. So after that they go skiing in Afghanistan. This book was okay its not my favourite but it’s okay.
Coordinates – Maths Task
Task Description: Today I have completed my maths task, This maths task is about Coordinates and to complete this task I had to use the map and try to find out where the different places were. This task was kind of challenging but it’s okay because I finished it. My highlight for this task was completing it and getting a better understanding of Coordinates, My low-light would be taking kind of long to complete this and my Something I could work on next time would be nothing really. Thank you Ma’am – Reading Task
Task Description: Today I have completed my reading task for today and this task was about a book that me and my reading group are reading this week and this book is called Thank you Ma’am. This book was about a homeless boy who is currently struggling and since he is poor he has to rely on stealing from people, So one day when the boy is trying to steal this big bag from a lady and when the lady relies that he tried to steal from her instead of attacking the boy she instead gives him a life lesson that he will never forget. She notices that his face is dirty so she takes him home and washes his face and feeds him. To complete this task I had to read the book and answer the questions on the slides, This task was very interesting to do and I liked this book because it was a good book and my favourite part would be when she taught him a lesson and kind of changed him. Algebra – Maths Task
Task Description: Today I have completed my maths task for today and this task was about Algebra and getting a basic understanding of it. To complete this task I had to first go on the mat with the rest of my group and we went from 1-2 slides and work on it together as a group, on the mat we also had to find out if the question has subtraction or addition. Once we had done that I had to go back to my desk and complete this task. This task was really easy and simple to do and it helped me get a better understanding of Algebra. I hope to do something like this again but I’m hoping it will be harder. My highlight for this task would be getting a better understanding of Algebra and now I understand Algebra better, My low light would probably be nothing really because this task was good. Something I could work on next time would be saying what I did because I messed up by saying 25-100 instead of 100-25, but it’s okay. Croatia Poster – Reading Task
Task description: Today I have completed my reading task for this week and this task was basically a project that we had to do for reading. To complete this task I had to get a big paper and do research about any country we wanted but it couldn’t be a pacific county or those really well known countries. I chose Croatia because I have heard about it but I have never done any research about it. This task was really fun to do because I got to choose photos and have Mr wiseman print them out and I put them on a piece of paper and make the poster look really interesting. Task description: Today I have completed my Writing task for this week and this task was basically a research project that you had to do by yourself. To complete this task you had first do some research on a country that you found interesting but sadly you couldn’t do any of the pacific islands so I had to do a country named Croatia.
